Each 3 x 4 inch dressing is sterile and saturated in polyhexamethylene biguanide a disinfecting agent that helps to reduce the risk of viral and bacterial infections. Avoid bacterial build-up and minimize bacterial seepage around wounds with each impregnated dressing designed to provide specific protection against microorganisms like fungi yeast MRSA (methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus) and VRE (vancomycin-resistant enterococci).
