Dr. Scholl's Heel & Arch All-Day Pain Relief Orthotics are designed to immediately treat pain from heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, arch and general heel pain. How To Use: STEP 1: Are the insoles in your shoes removable? Take them out first. STEP 2: Trim insole to fit using a standard pair of sharp scissors. STEP 3: Place your insoles into the shoe, fabric side up. Ensure that your insole lays flat against bottom of your shoe. STEP 4: Enjoy your daily activities with comfort and protection! Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.
